Does the machine work with all product ranges for any type of customers?

Yes, the machine is compatible with all product ranges. However, if a specific product hasn’t been added to our database yet, it won’t appear in the installation guide.

How can we add and define new product ranges in the machine?

You send us the necessary information about the liquid brand — including brand name, description, target weights (without the pump) and liquid properties — so that we can add the products to the database. Once added, they become available for search in the installation guide.

Ideally, we would receive physical samples of the products. This allows us to run tests in our office and determine each bottle’s maximum volume and optimal fill speed, based on the product’s liquid properties.

How can we define bottles with other sizes, such as 475 ml or 500 ml?

The maximum weight and fill settings are pre-programmed for each specific product. They only need to select the product in the installation guide and it will update the machine accordingly.

What is the recommended procedure for housekeeping to clean the inside of the hose kit?

Follow the cleaning instructions carefully. We recommend regular daily cleaning, combined with a more thorough in-depth cleaning every two weeks.

We’ve noticed particles remain after flushing with warm water. How can this be prevented?

Follow the cleaning instructions: flush each hose by disconnecting it from the plastic connector, then use warm water and a Diesin Maxx solution according to the instruction.
